One platform for a software business's whole operation — and its money.
Avoryx is a platform built by Sangani Group. Software teams usually end up running on six or seven separate tools for issues, code, support, docs, their customers and their contracts. Avoryx puts all of that on one data model, and then does something the others don't: it runs the billing too.
Built on a few strong opinions.
One record, not six tabs
A ticket, its fix, the customer and the invoice all sit on the same record. Nobody stitches data together by hand.
Cheaper than the stack it replaces
$85–125 a seat, with Vault and CRM already in. A comparable stack runs $170–235. The difference stays with you.
It handles the money
Most platforms stop once the work is done. Avoryx keeps going into real billing — roughly what you'd otherwise hire someone to run.
We don't oversell it
If something's on the roadmap, we say so. SOC 2 Type II is in progress, not certified, and we won't pretend otherwise. No made-up pricing, no invented claims.
We run our own company on it.
Avoryx is Sangani Group's own platform, and we're our first customer. The boards, helpdesk, CRM and billing you'd see in a demo are the same ones we use every day to run the business. If something annoys us, we feel it before you do — which is usually why it gets fixed.
